Customer Service


Payment

We will not bill your credit card until we ship your order. Please be aware that once we receive credit card authorisation, the funds will be reserved up to 30 days depending on the bank (please check the policy of your lending institution). Bless Up Vintage reserves the right to request additional identification. If this is needed, we will contact you by email or telephone.

Shipping

All orders will be processed in 1 to 3 business days after payment is received. Packages that are processed will be picked up by shipping carriers (Evri) and takes 2 to 10 days to deliver depending on your location and shipping option. Please allow some delays during holidays and after long weekends. We do ship internationally.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 3pm GMT will be processed and shipped the following business day. Please understand there may be unanticipated delays due to inclement weather.

Confirmation

If you provided a valid email address during the Check-out process, you will receive two emails after your order is placed. The first confirms the details of your order. The second e-mail notifies you your order has shipped, and also contains your blessupvintage.com order tracking number.

Cancelling An Order

Once your order has been placed, we are unable to modify it. If you have not yet received a shipping confirmation, please contact customer service immediately at hello@blessupvintage.com to cancel your order.

Out of Stock Items

While we make every effort to maintain a live stream inventory, occasionally we may run out of certain accessories. Out-of-stock items will be removed from your original order total and a revised total will appear in your shipping confirmation email.

Missing Items

Upon shipment of your order, we will send an Out of Stock Notification via email explaining that one or more items in your order are out of stock, and will not be available for shipment in the foreseeable future. If you did not receive an Out of Stock Notification and your shipment does not contain all items ordered please contact Customer Service immediately. If your order was not marked as Out of Stock (OOS) an investigation may need to be placed to track the package and check for delivery problems. Please contact Customer Service to start this investigation. **DO NOT throw away your packaging; the shipping company may need to see it for the investigation.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your new purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, let us take care of it! You may return or exchange your merchandise within 14 days of receipt. Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. Merchandise must have all tags, including any hangtags, attached. Original shipping charges, duties and tax fees are nonrefundable. You will receive your refund in the original form of payment. Refunds will be processed within approx. 7 days after we receive your return. Return Instructions: To receive a return authorisation number, please email hello@blessupvintage.com with the subject line ‘RETURN’. Please keep your tracking number for all returns.  Please keep any proof of return (i.e. receipts or tracking numbers). Contact us for our Returns Address.
